- Partner Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring manager to understand the hiring roles and requirements, to design and develop an effective sourcing strategy.
- Build a robust pipeline of quality candidates, through a mix of headhunting, job ads and network building.
- Engage with relevant candidates on LinkedIn, to pitch the position and Ninja Van's employer brand.
- Work with external Talent Partners, such as Headhunting firms and Job Portals to extend outreach.
- Tailor and Deliver Ninja Van's Employment Brand to candidates, regularly refining for further success.
- Follow through on candidates, to identify potential areas for improvement.
