1, Hiring the best (70%)

  • Be in charge of the whole recruitment process: advertising jobs, screening resumes, checking references, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates;
  • Proposing new concept ideas and implementation plans for the company’s innovation strategy;
  • Collecting job market data and average salary reports, researching the talent market to find relevant audiences and the best candidate sources;
  • Handling quality control and budget spending of all recruitment activities;
  • Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet the company’s requirements;
  • Working closely with HRBP to perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs;
  • Enrich talent pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry;
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.

2, Employer Branding (30%)

  • Setting up recruiting and supporting Company's employee engagement activities;
  • Propose and activate the employer branding activities to gain company vision content strategy.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like job fairs or recruiting events;
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities;
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Qualification:

  • College or Bachelor’s degree major in Languages, Business Management, or HR-related areas.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or Headhunter/ Recruitment Consultant
  • The preferred candidate has experience working in the Media, Entertainment, Marketing & Advertising industry.

Capability:

  • Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees.
  • Possess excellent communication, influencing skills, planning & organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other database management systems.
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
  • Business-minded with good observation and assessment skills.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to think fast.
  • Good understanding of interview & selection tools & their applications.
  • Ability to conduct independent research and analysis.
