Netpower AS has vacant positions for Talent Acquisition (Fresher/ Intern) located at our Vietnam office to join our ever-expanding product team. You will join an existing international team of great people and will have a chance to contribute to a great success story while learning and growing with us.

Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:

Search for suitable candidate profiles according to company’s requirements and prepare the shortlist

Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing tools (mostly social media and job boards)

Updating and storing candidate profiles on company’s system data

Screening and contacting candidates for interviews

Understand and capture customer requirements

Required qualifications are as follows:

Technical skills:

Good interpersonal skills

Intermediate English skills (At least TOEIC 500 or equivalent)

Knowledge in MS Office

Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Technical aptitude and logical thinking

3rd or final year students looking for part-time jobs/internship program

Soft skills:

Good decision maker

Good problem solving skills

Good time management skills

Self motivated and hard-working, ready to take on new challenges

Open-minded and good at adapting to frequent changes

Able to self-study and update yourself on new technologies

Ability to work independently
