  • Support team in all activities of the recruitment process such as post jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests and scheduling interviews, data entry, etc.
  • Join the recruitment process for both technical (main) and non-technical positions
  • Build up the candidates’ database
  • Other administrative requirements from the supervisor

  • Graduated or fresh graduate with a background in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or business-related degree
  • Available for at least a 2 months, full-time internship
  • Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, and attention to detail
  • Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork and supportive spirit
