  • Leading the business of World Wide Agency company at Visa Application Center and maintaining business relationships with respected partners
  • Budget for profit and revenue of Visa Application Center (VAC) business
  • Responsible for costing and saving
  • Coordinate with the business partner to meet KPI with respected clients
  • Customer satisfaction based on VOA for external customer
  • Staff satisfaction
  • Compliance with all policies and regulations which is related to VAC business
  • Compliance with internal & external audit
  • Responsible for staffing of VAC business
  • Recognition and utilize talent
  • Report directly to Managing Director ( CEO)
  • Report Indirectly to Director
  • Manage P&L of VAC business…
  • Interaction to HRPB & FNBP and all involved departments which is related to VAC business
  • Cooperate to business partner, HRBP, FNBP.
  • Government, Tax…

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge
  • Good command in English (B Level)
  • Good Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Data analyzed
  • Budget control
  • Min. 3 year – experience of operation position
  • Or customer service, hospitality
  • Working for hospitality Is preferred
  • Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
  • Go to business trip as required
  • Joining some other Projects as required
