Operations (60%):

Manage and execute the offboarding process.

In charge of labor contracts for employees.

Follow up with employees‘ documents

Coordinate with internal functions to ensure HRBP-related processes compliance

Reportings (30%): In charge of HRBP headcount reports and dashboards

Assistant in executing HRBP tasks/projects as assigned (10%)

High integrity, hard working, result-oriented

Fresh graduate from relevant majors, HR background will be a plus

Be able to use MS Office applications (word, excel, powerpoint) well

Proactive communication skills both in EN & VN, verbal & non-verbal

Customer-focused and compliance mindset

Experienced in extra-curricular activities involving organization skills is an advantage
