Bạn sẽ làm những gì khi tham gia?
- Participate with the team/HM's meetings to understand the job requirements and design the variety of advertising materials for all hiring levels, posting internship/ fresh graduate jobs on Ybox, respective Facebook pages/ college forums.
- Step in the selection and hiring process to ensure the end to end hiring process is in line with Intel's standards.
- Support to build plans and execution of recruitment awareness campaigns including events, social media contents, collaterals productions, data management.
- Involve in campus/ hiring activities such as career day, job fair, factory tours, hiring events, networking events to build Intel's employer branding and marketing strategies.

- Student in 3rd or 4th year at Vietnam universities or college with strong passion Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing activities
- Strong communication in English
- Savvy digital design through online social media, multimedia application software (Illustrator, Photoshop, flash, video making and editing, etc.) is a plus
- Internship experiences or past extra curriculum activities in content creation, event organization, employer branding, social media campaigns would be a plus
- Influencing networking with appealing story-telling and written content
- Responsible and can-do attitude
