Recruitment
- Source, attract, and recruit talents. Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering; manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
- Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach. Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
Training
- Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees.
- Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Employee Engagement
- Be responsible for plan, organize engagement activities for staff including Actively participate in HR team’s activities to promote collaboration and great teamwork.
Report
- Ensure that the weekly recruitment & training planning as well as other reports are delivered in accurate and timely manner.
- Build effective reporting system and statistics to track and measure recruitment & training efficiency. Ensure that the recruitment & training database is maintained effectively
