Due to supplement personnel for Human Resource Management Division, Indovina Bank has a demand to find potential candidates for HR Officer - Human Resources Management Division, Head Office with details as follows:
- Build, plan and implement recruitment for the whole network in accordance with IVB's regulations;
- Implement on-board process, guide orientation for newcomers and related process
- Build, set up annual training plan and implement training process according as the approved plan;
- Directly training/coaching related soft skills according to IVB training requirements;
- Monitor annual internship program
- Implement personnel management for the whole IVB network: Labor contract commitment/ extension/ termination, process of resignation for employees, rotation, appointment, reward, discipline procedure according to IVB regulation and labor;
- Manage and monitor working hour recording, annual leave, OT, ... of the whole IVB system
- Monitor the implementation of expatriates;
- Implement salary calculation, bonus, social insurance and other allowances;
- Guide, declare PIT, PIT finalization; register social insurance and implement related benefit, finalization of resignation for employees;
- Report annual salary expenditure consolidate, reward of employees
- Build, update all policies and regulations related to HRM Headcount, Recruitment, Training, Employee Management, Salary, Bonus, Benefits, KPIs, Labor Contract Evaluation;
- Be the leading section of the Human Resources Committee in guiding operation and implement policies and regulations for the whole system, ensure compliance and consistency;
- Periodically implement, deploy, and guide reports on productivity measure and work performance (KPIs) of Units
